What's "Jellyfish"

"Jellyfish" are a type of animal that lives in the sea. The body of the jellyfish is gelatinous, soft and transparent. The entire body of a jellyfish is often shaped like an umbrella, with a mouth in the center of the underside of the umbrella. There is no anus.

In Japan, an ingredient called "Chinese jellyfish" is often sold at supermarkets. Chinese jellyfish has a unique crunchy texture and is used as an appetizer for Chinese food and vinegared foods. Do you eat jellyfish in your country?
